Which song is it most likely to be?

I rode into work today for the first time in 2 months. The first time since I moved into this house. I've grown unfit and started to show signs of putting on weight as my diet has changed to horrid horrid ready meals and take-outs.

I feel great this morning.

vim-X11 (gvim) missing from Redhat Enterprise 3

Seriously how can you SELL a linux distribution without gvim?

Surely these fuckers don't expect me to use Emacs!

Abusing the Tech-support capacity of HuSi.

So, I posted two days ago about my first experiences with Oracle.

Now I've got the thing installed, I've got a database set up and I've managed to run the "imp" script to import data into my database. Everything seemed to work fine. The import script told me that it was importing so many rows into this table, and so many rows into another table.

"Success!" thought I. But alas I cannot access the data in these tables.

HuSi Tech Support!

So, I've undertaken the task of getting Oracle installed on Redhat Enterprise Linux 2.1 with the hope that I can load in a database dump and get a copy of our client's working environment set up in our office.

OK, so I've had a couple of pints, I've just being reading the posts on Sheffield Forum before turning in. It's a tame, but highly moderated phpBB forum, so I have to troll carefully. I came across this post (quoted below and followed by my response and her answer)

kate_sheff: I havent cut my hedge or mowed my lawn for well over a month, and it is beginning to look unsightly. I cant do it as im a single mum and knowing my luck i would manage to mow over the cable or something, so i'm stuck with waiting for my dad to do it.

ptigga/rdskutter: I'm genuinely bemused that your excuse for not being able to push a lawnmower around the lawn a couple of times a month is because you're a single mum.

kate_sheff: ok not because i am a single mum, more because i am a girl and am terrible at things like that. As i said i am so useless with electrical things i would probably manage to run over the cable with the mower or cut my hand off with the shears.

Have a look at this thread. .

A guy by the name of "Barefoot Sean" posts "his" sketches on a forum and asks for constructive criticism. Everyone's praising him until the second page where Major Malfunction point out that these pictures are very very similar to Wayne Barlowe's sketches that have been published in the '70s.

For years I have wanted to write a coherent Anti-American rant to back up my semi-troll account on the other site. I've tried many many times and I've always got stuck in the detail or tripped myself up with the sentence structure.
